OUR PRODUCTS:
Our VistaPoint™ Systems are supplied as hard copy manuals each supported by a CD-ROM in Microsoft Word to enable you to customise or edit them to suit your particular needs. They are comprehensive, easy-to-use, and well-established, and are designed to assess the quality of care being delivered to the service user.
 
Each VistaPoint™ System has a basic foundation of 3 Manuals - a Quality Self-Assessment Manual, a Policy Manual and a Forms Library Each Manual may be purchased separately, or as cost-effective “sets”:
 
1.         Policy Manual - contains a comprehensive set of model policies, including Statement of Purpose.
 
2.         Forms Library - contains model record forms that are referenced in the Policy Manual.
 
3.         Quality Self-Assessment Manual - designed to be applied to your existing systems and procedures and will help to identify gaps in relation to appropriate Standards or Outcomes in terms of policies and other documentation.
                                                           
Additional specialised Manuals are available as appropriate to the care sector; for example, Health & Safety Risk Assessment Schedules and Staff Handbooks.
 
VistaPoint™ meets the latest Regulatory Essential Standards and Outcomes, and also the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Standard. Our continuous Update Service ensures that we remain at the forefront of Regulations and Standards.
